4. Intellectual Property Rights

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written authorization.

6. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Register and maintain only one active account

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Refrain from transferring, selling, or sharing accounts

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

  • Using bots, scripts, cheats, or automated systems

  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors

  • Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defrauding others

8. User Content

By submitting or uploading any content, you grant Pokémon TCG Pack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for operational and promotional purposes.

  • No compensation or attribution shall be provided for user-generated content

  • Pokémon TCG Pack assumes no responsibility for content posted by users

9. Virtual Items & Transactions

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value

  • All transactions are final and non-refundable

  • Virtual items are non-transferable and cannot be resold

  • Any unused virtual items may be forfeited upon account termination

10. Third-Party Services

Pokémon TCG Pack is not responsible for any third-party websites, services, or content accessed through external links. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of services. Pokémon TCG Pack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability for data, progress, or virtual asset loss.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Pokémon TCG Pack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed USD $100

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pokémon TCG Pack against any claims arising from misuse or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.

14. Limitation Period

Any claim or legal action arising out of or relating to the use of the services must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose.

15. Final Agreement

By continuing to use Pokémon TCG Pack, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
